Rushed decisions
Under pressure, people fall back into their comfort zones. That happens just when the moment needs creativity, courage and good judgment.
Your organization's edge is its people. TLEX provides evidence-based training that builds resilient people, clear-thinking leaders, and high-performing teams.

It shows up in three ways, and each one costs the organization something real.
Under pressure, people fall back into their comfort zones. That happens just when the moment needs creativity, courage and good judgment.
Stretched managers and high performers struggle to keep up. When they run low on energy, the whole team loses momentum.
With little time to connect, trust wears thin. That happens just when teams need to work together.
Lasting transformation begins within. It starts with how we manage ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we perform under pressure.
Change starts with how you manage yourself. It then shapes how you work with others, and it shows up in the results you deliver together. Each stage builds one of the Five Cs.
Managing yourself under pressure.
Builds ClarityBetter judgment, calmer responses and lower burnout risk.
Building trust and real connection with peers and teams.
Builds ConnectionStronger trust, open communication and better teamwork.

Recommended
An 8 to 10-week journey that brings the core programs together.
The journey opens with the SKY Immersion Retreat. Six one-hour Inner Workshop Sessions follow, and each one links the practice to a real leadership moment, with peer dialogue and one commitment to carry into the week. Ongoing support keeps the practice alive after the sessions end.
A single session gives a strong start. Eight weeks of practice turn it into a habit, and then into leadership skill that holds under pressure.

Core practice
Participants learn SKY Breath Meditation and leave able to self-regulate on their own. Peer discussion, group activities and practice help people bring it into everyday work.
The retreat builds stronger relationships, cohesive teams, clearer purpose and centered leadership.
Scalable series
A scalable series of live workshops. Each session takes one theme and makes it practical. People learn a breathing technique, experience a guided meditation and take home simple ways to use both at work. A short group activity gives people time to connect.
Built around your goals
A program designed around the goals of your leaders and teams. It follows the three stages of the TLEX Transformation Framework: Leading Self, Leading with Others and Leading for Impact.
The design draws on the Awareness, Belonging and Commitment approach, shaped by more than three decades of field practice.
TLEX Mastermind, Venture Dock, Palo Alto, March 5, 2026
For leadership gatheringsA short in-person format for leadership offsites, conferences and team gatherings. It can run as a fireside chat, a workshop or a keynote, and it gives people a first experience of the practice.
Our first Mastermind in California filled the room at Venture Dock in Palo Alto. Bay Area leaders spent the evening on awareness, energy and collaboration in the age of AI, with a guest panel and a guided practice.

A biweekly newsletter written for your people. Each edition takes one idea, makes it practical, and ends with one small thing to try that week. It follows the three stages of Leading Self, Leading with Others and Leading for Impact, so the learning builds over the year.
It is part of Lead at Full Potential, and organizations also choose it on its own so every employee gets practical learning all year.

SKY Breath Meditation is the common core of every TLEX program. It is the subject of more than 150 peer-reviewed studies.
SKY Breath Meditation is a guided breathing technique that calms the body's stress response. Breath is a tool for managing the mind, emotions and energy, and SKY teaches people how to use it.
Once learned, SKY is a skill for any moment. People use it before a hard conversation, between back-to-back meetings, or at the end of a long day.

How a leader handles pressure now shapes how well the whole team can think, trust and perform. The panel covered absorbing pressure instead of passing it down, knowing when to trust what AI tells you, and why clear purpose and trust matter more than any tool.
When AI makes or shapes a recommendation, who holds the decision? The panel looked at accountability gaps when AI is wrong, the risk of accepting outputs without question, and how leaders keep human judgment sharp.
How do leaders shape culture at global scale while keeping people well and performing? The panel explored culture as a survival system, the leadership behaviors that matter most under stress, and why flexibility helps cultures thrive.
Learning agility is a core capability for any team that wants to grow. The panel talked about building a learn-it-all culture, unlearning as a skill, treating failure as feedback, and the daily practices that keep leaders clear.
The series began with centered leadership: putting people first as the drivers of innovation and lasting success. The panel explored inner clarity for decisions, resilience and adaptability at the top.

TLEX helps individuals and organizations lead through change. We do it by helping people master the mind and by building resilient, capable leaders, using evidence-based practices.
TLEX programs are carefully curated for the workplace. They fit into real calendars, they speak to real leadership moments, and they help people bring the practice into their everyday work.
SKY Breath Meditation is the common core of every program. Around it, each format adds what teams need, from peer dialogue and practical tools to a clear commitment for the week ahead.

Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is a humanitarian, spiritual teacher and peace advocate. He was born in 1956 in Tamil Nadu, India. In 1981 he founded The Art of Living, a nonprofit whose programs have reached people in more than 180 countries. In 1997 he co-founded the International Association for Human Values, which brings human values into public life.
In 1982, after ten days of silence, he brought forward Sudarshan Kriya, a rhythmic breathing practice. It is the heart of SKY Breath Meditation, the core practice in every TLEX program. Independent researchers, including teams at Yale and Stanford, have studied its effects on stress, mood, sleep and wellbeing.
His peace work has taken him to places in conflict. He has brought people to the table in Colombia, Iraq and Kashmir, and he has spoken at the United Nations. In 2016 India gave him the Padma Vibhushan, one of the country's highest civilian honors.
One idea runs through all of his work. A calm, clear mind is where good decisions, strong relationships and lasting change begin. TLEX brings that idea into the workplace, in the language and rhythm of business.
